Organisational change is constant. Effective management of change can be challenging. When I coach through the change process, I enhance the positive effects to enable staff to go through the process smoothly. Change may be viewed as ‘bridging the gap’. A transitional process takes place in order for the organisation to reach it’s new desired future state. My coaching enhances the embedment of change gaining support and committment of those involved and needed so change will happen effectively for the organisation and individuals.

Often when change occurs, conflict will also occur. Conflict can also be interpersonal, intrapersonal or group. Conflict of any nature will be a major drain on resources resulting in poor performance, lack of communication, lost productivity, absenteeism. My coaching expertise explores the symptoms and causes of conflict along with the potential outcomes and resolve. New approaches and solutions will lead to clarity and fresh perspective.

Team goals are achieved through co-ordinated activity. Often I use DISC Personality Profiling with team members so that they understand one anothers preferred ways of communicating and thinking. Effective interactions can be established allowing all team members to fully participate. Individuals are developed while focussing on the output of the team and company agenda and goals are aligned. A win-win situation.
